A Place To Wonder

A Friend asked me how to tag and I wrote this up After doing all that work I thought someone else might be wondering how to Tag. After all this is a place to Wonder

• To Tag: On your edit page go down be low categories and click Tag.
• A window will show up. Put in words that are about what you wrote in your blog that might attract wordpress folks to look at it. For this one I put tagging.
• Use commas, between each word or phrase. Put in as many as you please.Just no too many it’ get’s messy.
• Then hit Add Tags. Before you publish hit save one more time to save tags.
• You can the preview or publish to see what your page will look like. After you preview you always have to save for some unknown reason.
• Now your on your way to meeting new wordpress folks and getting your pressed words out to the world.

Tips

The best way to figure out what to say in tags look at what successful bloggers put in their tags.

After you publish there should be a sidebar with some suggestions for tags. Some are way off base and others will hit the mark. click the ones you like then edit at the top. You will have to UPDATE the post but it is worth it.
